Dear friends,
I am writing to raise funds for Madison “Mighty Maddie” Young’s Acute Lymphoiblastic Leukemia – ALL treatments. Madison is a beautiful 11 year girl that has been undergoing treatment since March of 2014. Madison is considered a high risk patient because her age and will continue treatment through December 2014. Following her aggressive treatment will be a two year maintenance plan.
With the current and future hospital stays and visits, Madison’s mother has had to take a short term leave from work. I am asking for help to relieve some of the over whelming stress that Madison’s family is undergoing.
Any excess donates will be donated to other struggling families of Denver’s Children’s Hospital Oncology Department.
