Dexcom G6 for Diabetic Loved One

Hi everyone out there!
Firstly, thank you so much for taking the time to read my request. This is my first time trying Gofundme. Not 100% how this works but I will spell this out as efficiently as possible...
This campaign is for an extremely close family member that has Type 1 diabetes. They are unaware of this campaign. He has had this since he was 5 years old. He is now coming up on 32 years old. I have known him all of my life and I have seen the insane roller coster of this disease and its effects on the body, mind and spirit. I could literally write pages and pages of not so great experiences he has been through, some of which I have witnessed. I can’t vouch for the actual feeling of having bad low and high blood sugar…. But I can sure as hell vouch for the panicked and terrified feeling of watching them occur. There have been some close calls and miracles answered in this life… After health issues have persisted over the years ending with various eye complications and one eye surgery. I really want to him help get this under control. He has so much more life to live.
In saying that, I am running out of ideas and ways to help. Technology has evolved and there are now great resources for diabetics but not having insurance makes it extremely hard to have access to them…
I am asking for donations towards purchasing a Dexcom G6 Continuous Glucose Monitoring System. This will have to paid for out of pocket at the moment… I just want to get a start up pack of 3 sensors and a transmitter to get started… We will figure out the monthly supplies later if this helps.

My hopes and prayers are that in giving the opportunity to try this technology and monitor blood sugar more easily- that it will spark some hope and motivation to keep pushing forward and fighting. If I could just give one chance to try it and see if it makes things easier, I would be eternally grateful.
