Devin's Cub Fund to Brown University

Hello,

My name is Devin Womack, and I've recently been accepted to as a Political Science Major of Brown University through the QuestBridge College Match. Brown University is my dream school; its flexible schedules and diverse clubs instantly attracted me to the school. Not only that, but I have already been offered an internship position with Kamala Harris because of my admittance. In short, Brown signifies to me both hope for a future.

While the vast majority of the tuition has been generously been paid for by the institution, things like plane tickets, dorm room furniture, clothes for the winter, and more were not covered. My mom and I don't have the income to pay these costs on our own, as 75% of our income is spent on rent. That is why my mom and I created this Cub Fund to support me as I transition and live as a Brown Bear
