As many of you may know, I was accepted to design school at The University of the Arts in London. This is something that I have been working towards, putting all my energy and resources towards, for the past year. The news of being accepted into one of the world’s best design schools was incredible. I was so proud of myself. I did it. I worked really hard and was able to actually do it- something that had felt so far beyond my reach.
A few weeks ago, I was faced with some devastating news- that I needed a co-signer for the student loans necessary to pay for this program. I was devastated finding out that there was this unforeseen roadblock that would prohibit me from attending school, and it has been something that I can’t solve on my own. I have put my creative mind into full gear, trying everything and anything to find the funding necessary to attend school.
As a a desperate attempt to attend this school, to invest in my future and my education, I have started a gofundme. I’m in need of help- a co-signer, a sponsor or the funds- in order to pay for tuition and my student visa. I’d love to make anyone who donates and helps a piece of art as a thank you! Please, don’t hesitate to reach out with any possible solutions or questions!
