Hola, mi nombre es Armando Rivera Caballero soy trabajador Social y Dr. en Consejería Psicológica hoy no escribo para dar un consejo o alguna herramienta de ayuda social hoy me dirijo a ustedes porque necesito la ayuda de todos.

Mi salud no está nada bien llevo luchando por 10 años con una enfermedad renal que en este momento me ha llevado a estar muy comprometido de salud tanto así que estoy en etapa terminal. He sufrido varias intervenciones quirúrgicas en las que he perdido mis 2 riñones, el vaso y parte del páncreas, también he sufrido más de 5 operaciones para acceso vascular ya que tengo que darme diálisis 4 horas y media 3 días a la semana; esto sumado a 2 ataques cardíacos y una operación de corazón abierto. Demás está decir que al no tener riñones no orino y todo líquido que consumo se queda dentro de mi cuerpo causando que esté hinchado y sea un esclavo del diálisis, esto mezclado con diabetes y alta presión. Esto hace que mi salud esté sumamente comprometida. 

No me quejo, todo lo contrario, estoy feliz y agradecido de las cosas buenas que la vida me ha brindado, pero llegó el momento en que tengo que recurrir al corazón y a la bondad del ser humano y por eso apelo a sus sentimientos y les pido su colaboración pues se me presenta la oportunidad de trasplante de riñón que haría que mi condición de salud y de vida cambie significativamente.

Cualquier donativo es bueno! Su cooperación es muy importante y estarían salvando una vida.
La meta es recaudar $30,000 que cubrirían el pago de deducible de medicamentos, hospital y servicios médicos. Estoy consciente que cada uno de ustedes tiene diversas condiciones, compromisos y más en estos momentos de crisis, pero apelo al generoso corazón de todos para seguir viviendo dignamente.

Hello, my name is Armando Rivera Caballero. I’m a Social Worker and a Counseling Psychology Dr. Today I’m not writing to give an advice or any tool of social help, today I’m writing you because I need the help from all of you.

My health is not good at all, I have been fighting for 10 years with a renal disease that at this moment it has led me to have my health very compromised, so much that I’m at a terminal stage. I have suffered various surgical interventions in which I have lost my 2 kidneys, the spleen and part of my pancreas, also I have suffered more than 5 surgeries for vascular access since I need to have dialysis 3 days a week for 4 ½ hrs., this added up to 2 heart attacks and an opened heart surgery. Needless to say, that because I have no kidneys I don’t urine and all liquids I consume stay inside my body causing me to be swollen and to be a slave of dialysis, all of this mixed with diabetes and high blood pressure. This causes my health to be extremely compromised.

I don’t complain, on the contrary, I’m happy and grateful of all the blessing things life has given me, but the time has come for me to appeal to the heart and to the goodness of the human being and it is why I appeal to your feelings and I ask for your collaboration because I’m presented with the opportunity for kidney transplant that will make my health and life conditions change significantly.

This will cover the deductible payment for medications, hospital and medical services.
