Dear Family and Friends,
Wus good? I have been killing it at UL Lafayette and found myself getting greatly involved with a church group on campus called Chi Alpha. This group has been very pivotal in me growing in my faith to new heights and I am so excited to see where God will lead me as I continue to grow. Being a part of Chi Alpha has given me great opportunities to impact my community and many of those around me through leading a campus Bible Study. I have enjoyed being a part of this ministry immensely and has validated my call to ministry.
As I begin to move forward in my walk with Christ I have been presented the opportunity to go on a Mission Trip to Athens, Greece from May 27th - June 7th. My mission while in Greece is to profess the gospel to those who don’t know of our Savior Jesus Christ. “He said to them, Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation.” Mark 16:15. It is crazy to think that parts of the world still don’t know the story of Jesus and I am making it my personal responsibility to spread the world because I know what MY GOD has done in MY LIFE.
The cost of the trip will be $2,500 which includes air fare, lodging, and food. I know that’s a lot of zeros, but anything is possible when you got God on your side. Philippians 4:13 says, “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.” And with us partnering together in believing this, we got it! So now I ask you to prayerfully consider supporting me financially as I aim to get this life changing experience. And if you ain’t got it like that prayers always work!
