Derek Cremation & Memorial Expenses

Derek Grant Bayuk (54) was in a motorcycle accident the evening of July 7, 2017. He physcially left this world on July 8th due to his injuries. He left behind 2 beautiful broken hearted daughters, and 2 kitties.
Derek was one of the most caring, giving, kindhearted individuals on Earth. Even with his passing, he is still giving. Derek has donated his tissues and organs to save lives. This is what he wanted.
He was a great dad and friend to so many. He lived life to the fullest everyday with a smile. He loved his girls with all his heart. He spent his time enjoying nature, camping & caving with friends, fishing, music and riding his motorcycle. He was an amazing tradesmen with a skill that cannot be replaced. Derek touched the hearts of everyone who he was with. He will be so missed by his tribe of family and friends but will always be with them in ever loving memory.
Derek's family is asking for help with expenses for cremation, memorial and medical costs as this is a very difficult time for his daughters. Kayla and Sarah have approved this go fund me account and all proceeds will go towards the cremation, memorial and medical costs and anything left will go towards any other expenses and unforeseen costs.

The family will also be planning a final camping trip with Derek to spread his ashes in the place he loved the most in the near future. More information regarding this will be provided soon.
