I would like to start this fund to help her with all the expenses that she will incur while my nephew Dereck is hospitalized .

On December 25,2015 in the morning Dereck woke up to open his gifts from Santa Claus. My sister notice a bump in the upper right side of his belly. She took Dereck to the hospital (West Kendall Baptist Hospital) in the hospital they found a mass in his liver.
Dereck was transferred to Nicklaus Childrens Hospital and was diagnosed with Hepatoblastoma "liver cancer"stage 3. The treatment is 6 chemos . The tumor was removed on April 18,2016 the doctor was able to
removed complete it, but his bilirubine levels after the surgery are high. Now Dereck is in Holtz Childrens Hospital with a new diagnosed Biliary Obstruction and he will have surgery again on May 3. We do not know how long he will be hospitalized after the surgery but we count with all your prayers and support during this difficult process for Dereck and our family
