Christina Musil Children’s Fund

On March 28th, 2024 our friend Christina “Beana” Musil passed away in the line of duty. She leaves behind her three children Zoe age 12, Genevieve age 11, and Cillín age 5.

Christina was not only a 5 year veteran on the Dekalb County Sheriff’s Department, but also a US Army Veteran having served with the Army National Guard and deployed to the Global War On Terror.

The reach of this tragedy has touched nation wide through military families and friends, as well as the Dekalb County Sheriffs Department.

The purpose of this GoFundMe is to help ensure the children are established for their forever changed lives. These funds collected will be handled by their father, Robert on their behalf.

Funeral services have not been finalized at this time, updates will come as soon as possible.

A memorial service is tentatively planned for Thursday, April 4th in the NIU Campus.
