Dentist for Brody

Brody went to the dentist and of course didn’t do well with me, we were referred to Chestermere Station Pediatric Dentistry. He did great with dad, but we were told his teeth are pretty bad. (We knew he had a few cavities but neither of us realized how bad most of his teeth are, we feel incredibly guilty) He will need general anesthesia for capping and extractions, an overwhelming amount of work, the quote is $5350.00 we have called serval other dentist and we’re told that they highly recommend going the route as per the quote we were given as if we did this is two/three or four sittings, it would likely not go well for him and would traumatize him. Our benefits only cover $1000 per year which we have used some of course for previous visits.




We realize that times are tough for everyone, and being the independent people that we are, fundraising is not ideal for us and we want to take care of it ourselves, but we simply can’t afford it. Everyone needs help sometimes. This is causing a lot of emotions for us. We realize others deserve it more than we do, but Brody has been complaining of pain and having a hard time eating. We both agreed that it doesn’t hurt to ask for help where we/he needs it.

We are both (thankfully) working full time and we will do everything we can to pay for this. Please know we are asking for help with the most humble attitude and zero expectations.
