Dental work for abby

I am not a person to ask for help and neither is my wife but I am at the end of my rope with this one , my wife Abby Metzler needs all of her teeth pulled, wisdom teeth taken out and dentures. healing dentures $1,900 then normal dentures just under $5,000 , just the dentures alone will be almost $7,000. We have dental insurance but it is nothing special it might cover half of the teeth pulling. They will pay $1000 per year, we went to the oral surgeon yesterday for the evaluation and the total we need for that the day of surgery is $5843

She has a disease that causes he jaw bone to deteriorate and all her teeth have been slowing getting worse and worse, even her wisdom teeth came in bad, the dentist said it is, aggressive periodontitis and because of it She's  started the long process to get her smile back. She's had 9 teeth pulled so far and the rest has to be done by the oral surgeon, She's had the dentist pull the 9 teeth because its cheaper to go to the dentist then oral surgeon,  There's so much more work that needs to be done by the oral surgeon and that's very expensive and we have to pay the day she go in. thank you everyone who helps, everything helps at the end of the day.
