Emergency Medical Care for a sweet girl

Donation protected
This is winded and I apologize, but I have a need for help and don't feel I deserve to ask for it ,  but I have no where to go and someone's entire well being is relying on me getting her into a vet for some dental work and medical treatment.

Mika was originally our neighbor's dog. They were left outside in all weather conditions between bitter cold and sweltering heat conditions.  After noticing them getting skinnier over time and almost never seeing food or water outdoors for them we eventually convinced them to allow us to buy both Mika and her sister.  At 9 months old when we got them, the more dominant one weighed about 17 lbs (approx 7.7 kgs) and her sister weighed about 13 lbs (approx 5.9 kg). They are Stafford-shire Terriers and should have weighed a minimum of 35 lbs (15 kg) at this age. When we would approach them after rescuing them, they would cower because they thought they were going to get hurt. Months later, they were a solid 55 lbs (approx 25 kg) of and have turned into the biggest hams I have ever seen. The spiritual effect on them and on us has been astounding, and we have grown so close as a family with our other dogs another Staffie and A Boston Terrier whom we had previous to adopting them. We having been trying to find a home for one the girls, who's name is Mikasa. When the world started falling down around us this put a stop to any home hunting, so we have both and are doing the best that we can.

Mika, over the last 2.5 weeks has totally turned into a different dog. She started being really lethargic and would only eat about half of her food when fed. Then it went to her only eating once a day, then stopping completely. We took her to a vet who said it was probably inflammation and gave anti-inflammation medicine. She bounced back for like 30 hours, but stopped eating again. We noticed some blood last week coming out of her mouth so we took her to the local Universities vet program and he Diagnosed her with Horner's Syndrome for her eyes, and told us there was some plaque on her teeth but he wasn't worried about it as she's young. We explained that she wouldn't eat and our options are limited at this time. He said bring her back if it gets worse. We went and bought canned food, and she really appreciated that and the bleeding stopped, until it started again. Last night  we took her into the emergency room and we told them to specifically look into her mouth and pull whatever teeth needed to be pulled and they said ok. We get a call from the ER vet and was told that she has "mobile teeth" on both sides of her mouth, but that they don't pull teeth, and that to proceed it would start with xrays, then other investigations, then extractions for a grand "conservative" total of about $2500 USD. We are in utter shock and have absolutely no way of coming up with this. We just got to where we aren't living overdraft to overdraft anymore, and spend everything we had saved up on these 3 vet visits. One for about $80, the second for $180, and then last night for $270.

We are both in tears and this poor baby doesn't deserve this. After her escape from an abusive home and getting to finally experience joy, and walks, sniffing butts, getting treats and love, she's just so pitiful now. Barely even a ghost of herself and I am begging for help on her behalf. It's going to cost so much money, and we just can't do it. She doesn't deserve this, please help this little girl. My financial problems are my own, but this isn't fair to her. She just can't keep going like this.

I don't think I can say anymore, but please help her. If by any chance we get over funded, we will use it for making her extra comfortable, and If by any chance we have anything extra, I will re-dispense to other gofundme campaigns . If you can help in any way, it will literally change her life.
