Dennis Singer Memorial Fund

This Gofundme is being setup for the family of Dennis Singer who was tragically taken from us on August 13th from Covid-19 after a month long battle. He left behind a wife, 3 sons, and 3 grandchildren. 

He was a healthy man until Covid-19 put him in the hospital. My dad was 72 and looked like he was 50 and acted like he was 25. He dedicated his life to his family. He never stopped working to give us what we needed and wanted.

To his grandchildren he was their Papa, their Superman, the man who could fix and build anything. The guy with the soft beard that they could cuddle up to when tired and just sit with till Papa fell asleep.

To his sons he was the constant, the man who was there for us no matter what, no judgments, no grudge, just love and genuine care about us being ok. Dad rarely told us no, if he did, it was only to prolong till it was yes. He gave us everything we needed and things we didn’t. If we needed anything we could ask him and not be embarrassed or scared. At 40 years old my dad still helped me with anything I needed. My friends considered him their second dad, some considered him their first. My dad never said someone couldn’t come over, stay over, or even live at the house if needed. He thought the more the merrier, and just wanted more family and considered friends part of the family, unequivocally.

To our mom, he was her rock and love of her life. For 42 years they made a life together. Depending on each other daily, for love and strength. For the past 11 years they worked together side by side every day. She has lost the man that lived for her.

We are asking for help for my mom. Paying for a funeral and memorial is an expense she and us can not afford. She was also part of a team with him at work and has since been laid off and forced to move from their residence.
We hope you can help by providing financial support while we grieve our loss to help us through these difficult times. We understand that everyone is going through their own difficulties with the current pandemic and are thankful for any and all support you may be able to provide including keeping our family in your constant prayers.
