Dennis Duffy’s Medical Expenses

Donation protected
As many of you may have heard, our friend and crew member Dennis Duffy was injured while unloading equipment from the race trailer at New Smyrna Speedway on 2/13/18. He suffered an open fracture of the leg which required surgery. Due to the extent of his injury and necessary surgical repair he was at Halifax Medical Center in Daytona Beach for three days before being released to begin his rehabilitation. He will be out of work for up to 12 weeks depending on his rehabilitation requirements. Like many Americans, due to healthcare costs, Dennis does not have a health insurance plan to cover his injuries or his time away from work. While wife Melissa and daughters are covered through private insurance, the cost of additional plans was not affordable for the family. We are asking for any assistance which you can afford to aid Dennis in this difficult time and help get him back on his feet. All contributions will be used to assist the family in paying the considerable medical and rehabilitation expenses. Thank you for your continued well wishes, prayers, and generosity. Matt Hirschman and Pee Dee Motorsports extend a heartfelt thank you to the racing community for all your support!
