My Brother Dennis Charlton needs our help!
A series of strange symptoms —blurred vision, loss of balance, tremendous pain and severe tremors — began affecting my brother, Dennis Charlton, in mid-December. After a month of doctor’s appointments and no diagnosis, Dennis received an urgent MRI referral on Jan. 4. As of Jan. 13, there is still a lot of uncertainty and fear about what the diagnosis could be. Our family recently learned the soonest that a MRI could be done would be April or May; however, a private MRI can be done in Moncton NB 293 kilometres from his home in Heartland Nb at IRM MONCTON MRI cost for this test alone is $1200- $1400 dollars, they are willing to get him in as early as next week to expedite the testing, his doctors are fully supportive of this process.
As a result of the debilitating symptoms, Dennis has been required to take sick leave from work and has temporarily closed his own wood working business to cope with the effects of his ailing health. Our family’s goal is to raise funds to help cover the cost of this MRI, traveling cost and to support Dennis , Genna (his wife) and their two young children.
