Immigration / Bring my Daddy Back

Please help my family, The Gonzalez raise the funds necessary to bring my daddy back to the United States because I really miss him. The immigration process started almost 4yrs ago and I really need my family together. Without your help my mom Denisse, my brother Jose and I, Johnpaul will be forced to endure another year of financial hardship and emotional distressed.  I was 4yrs old when he left me behind, many nights I cry myself to sleep because I miss my him. With your support we can bring my daddy back and be together for ever.  
Since my husband left it's being hard emotionally, physically and financially. In September I will be having a back surgery in which I won't be able to care much for my self for approximately twelve weeks and my husbands presence will be a great help for me and my kids.  By filling this waiver he'll be able to come back to the United States therefore we really need to file this as soon as possible in order for my husband to be with us by my surgery date.
