Denise's Medical & Recovery

My name is Janina and I am proud to be Denise's mother.  My daughter Denise is a kind, good hearted, generous and a hard working individual.  Her love for animals is truly inspiring . Throughout the years, she has rescued many animals and saved their lives.  Many call her the St. Francis on Earth.
Recently Denise just got divorced and stared to put the pieces of her life back together.  We all know the stress and  financial struggles of divorce. In order to make ends meet, she has two jobs and works over 60 hours a week.   Denise makes sure her bills are paid on time,  there is food on the table, and keeps her promise to her fur babies that they will be taken care of.  I must admit the animals are well cared for.  I just wish she would take better care of herself.

Denise always lend a helping hand no matter how busy she may be.  She puts her family and friends first no matter what. She  would give her last dollar to someone in need.  Now it's  time she needs a helping hand.

In the beginning of February she was lifting her special needs dog , Valentino and that's how she injured her back.  Here's a little background information about dog. Valentino was hit by a car.  When Denise found him she immediately fell in love with him. Nothing would get in her way to make him her fur mom because due to the impact on the accident, he now has nurological issues from the waist down. As you know, taking care of a special needs dog requires a lot of time, devotion, and patience.
The pain wouldn't go away and Denise finally went for a MRI. The doctor said she had severely herniated her discs and needs lumbar laminectomy.  The pain is unbearable.  She can barely walk, stand or sit for long periods of time.  Denise is unable to work at the animal hospital  or as a bartender due to her injury. I have been staying with her helping her out at home and taking care of my furry grandchildren.  I honestly don't know how she does all of this on her own.

Her bills are starting to pile up and it's starting to get overwhelming.  It breaks my heart to see her struggle during this time.

If anyone is privileged enough to know my daughter know she is a giver not a taker. Denise always steps up and helps out her family, friends and strangers.   I wish more people could be like her then the world would be a better place.  But now the tables are turned and she needs your help at this time.

Thank you for taking the time to visit her page.  Hopefully we can make it a little easier for her so she can recover a little less stressed.
