Dendritic cell therapy, help me to fight cancer.

My name is Sylwia and I am 36 years old. I have 9 year old daughter and a loving husband. We live in England. Two years ago in April, I heard a life-changing diagnosis for me and my family - Malignant tumor, high grade serous carcinoma of ovaries.

In January 2021, I buried my mother who lost her fight against COVID. Soon after, in February 2021, during a routine examination at the gynecologist, I found out about an 8 cm uterine fibroid and a cyst on the right ovary. On March 8, I underwent surgery (in Poland). They removed fibroid, a cyst from right ovary and small nodules on the left ovary , it turned out to be malignant cancer of both ovaries, the tumor grew very quickly, with metastases to other internal organs. In April 2021 I returned home to England. The tumors continued to grow, so surgery was necessary. In June, the doctors performed a very serious operation that saved my life. Cancer was already stage 4, in 3 months from nothing to such an advanced disease. Surgeons performed a full hysterectomy and removed my spleen, appendix, tumors from the surface of the liver, diaphragm, abdominal visceral fat, and pericardial lymph nodes. The operation was successful, all lesions were removed, however, chemotherapy was unavoidable.

Today I have had several cycles of chemotherapy, two surgeries, expensive holistic therapies in Poland (Thank you to everyone who helped me this difuclt times) and now I'm on treatment with parp inhibitors. Unfortunately the cancer keeps coming back. In November 2022 I thought it was over when the results were successful - after the second relapse of cancer (May 2022, with metastases to the liver and lymph nodes). However, in January 2023, markers began to increase dramatically, despite the continuation of oncological therapy with PARP inhibitors. Today, March 15, 20123, after talking to the nurse, I know that the cancer is back again, 3 weeks ago the changes were only in the lymph nodes in the groin area, now, the PET scan from a week ago showed that they are already metastate on the surface of liver, diaphragm, under the stomach, lymphnodes in abdominal , generally is everywhere in my belly . My body has not yet recovered from the previous chemotherapies, and I am waiting for the next and probably more frequent and stronger ones. Parp inhibitors are also not working for me. About eighty percent of patients with ovarian cancer are diagnosed with advanced disease. Even with the most modern surgical techniques and the best standard therapy regimens, most patients relapse and die of drug-resistant disease within five years of diagnosis.

I still want to fight. I found the Immucura clinic, which specializes in dendritic cell therapy, it is an individual therapy, a "vaccine". Immunotherapy with dendritic cells (DC) can induce anticancer T lymphocyte immunity in patients and has great potential in the era of modern anticancer therapies. This therapy can be used in conjunction with chemotherapy, so it could help me fight cancer and prevent it from coming back. However, this therapy is very expensive and unfortunately I do not have enough financial resources to cover it. Time is against me, the cancer is spreading, and I need to start dendritic cell therapy ASAP before I start chemotherapy (probably 27th of March). 30% of the amount (of €44,600) must be paid first as a deposit, then samples of my blood will be taken to a laboratory to create dendritic cells that will recognize and fight "my" cancer. I will have to pay the rest of the amount within 9 days while my vaccine is being prepared, after which I will be injected with dendritic cells.

I will see the oncologist on Friday March 24th, and I will most likely start chemo with Paclitaxel week after , every week, it's going to be hard, 8 had many side effects from this chemo therapy, even that had it every 5-7weeks. Here in UK they can't offer me anymore anything else. This is 3rd relapse, with every one options are more limited. I'm looking for other therapies around the world, which could help me to finnally get better.

I found Dendritic cell therapy, which combined with appropriate supplementation and chemotherapy, gives women with ovarian cancer a 60% chance of a complete cure, because it goes to the source of the disease and eliminates the causes of cancer formation compared to classical chemotherapy, which only reduces tumors, not eliminating them.

I want to fight this cancer, I want to gett better, I want to live my life to the fulfillnes. I love my life, my family and friends!

Before my illness, I was a physically active person, I liked traveling, spending time with friends and family, and I loved my job as a sports massage therapist. I believe that I will still be able to enjoy life because I will win this fight! 3rd time battle with cancer is going to be a wining this war.

Please help me enjoy life again and above all regain my health! I am very grateful to everyone for their help.
