CAMPAIGN CLOSED at caregiver's request

**********At the Guardian and caregiver's request, I have asked GoFundMe for an immediate Hold of this fundraiser pending full closure if an agreement cannot be reached with the golf course. PLEASE know that immediate refunds will be given upon request if this project becomes null and void (as per GoFundMe's policy). Notify me immediately for refunds when this campaign closes, otherwise money will go into the new rescue account which will be overseen by an accountant and the usage of the funds, within the scope of helping street cats, will be completely transparent.**********

***The cats have lived at the same location and have had the same caregiver for 15 years. This money is being raised for the relocation of the cats, this money is not for the golf course. If a final agreement with the golf course cannot be reached, then I will work with the caregiver to seek an alternative plan within the budget***

I am Crystal Bryant from Semper Fi Felines in Beaver Falls PA. I am overseeing the relocation of 19 kitties at Delmar Golf Course. The best course of action is to keep them on the property, but transition them to a different area of the golf course for their residence and feeding station.

Facts:

The 19 kitties have been residents of DelMar Golf Course for 15 years, with the same feeder for the duration. All kitties have been TNRd to prevent reproduction and colony expansion. They will need to be provided shelters and feeding areas, to continue to survive. We will require time for construction and the transition process. Until that time, the kitties should be returned to their normal routine and habitat of 15 years.

Without notice Sam Barry Jr has locked the kitties out of the only shelter they've known. The feeders were given zero notice. This happened February 8th.

All 19 kitties will need new accommodations. We want to put two backyard sheds at the edge of the woods, for a housing and feeding location. Away from public eye. We will oversee construction and shed modifications. Sam Barry Jr agreed to the location of the sheds during our first meeting. He stated that he would ask the Board to contribute financially. He has since rescinded his offer.

These kitty's lives are on the line. The Golf Course wants them gone now. Where can we place 19 feral cats immediately??? As I type this I am receiving texts that a cat is locked inside of a building and crying. A building that was once his home.

The Golf Course fails to see these felines as living creatures that are just trying to survive in the only home they've ever known.

Please can you help us?? Time is NOT on our side. The feeders fear that something nefarious will happen. Repeatedly the comments were made to me, "they're just feral cats". I believe that their lives matter. Do you agree?

Their food is thrown into dumpsters. They are locked out of shelters. This is urgent and heartbreaking. We need to be the voice for the voiceless.

I fear that 19 cats, that have lived there for 15 years, will suddenly "vanish". Without our help, Sam Barry Jr of DelMar Golf Course, will do as he pleases.
