Del has Adult ONSET STILLS DISEASE WITH MACROPHAGE ACTIVATION SYNDROME. Only 2 other people in the world have ever had it and neither recovered.
Her husband Sean, and two teenagers Aj and Milla have been beside Del since she went onto life support, she is currently in a medically induced coma.
Del will need extensive rehabilitation when she wakes up.
