Dear Friends,
Our hearts are filled with love, hope, and confirmation that our son’s irrepressible spirit lives on and will forever change lives for the better. We were honored to present the Declan Quinlan Second Star Scholarship to Hussein Mubarak, a most deserving member of the the Boy's & Girl's Club of Burlington who has, and will continue to overcome some of life’s most difficult obstacles. Hussein, you truly embody Declan's spirit, we believe in you and wish you nothing but success on your life’s journey.
It is our goal to raise $50,000 to fund the scholarship which will carry Declan’s legacy forward in perpetuity. You have been amazing and have contributed over $40,000 so far, 80% of our goal and for that we thank you! It is our hope to reach our fundraising goal for the scholarship before October 26, 2019 which will mark two years since the loss of incredible son.

Dear friends and family,
A GoFundMe account has been set up for Declan Quinlan, son of Mark and Lisa Quinlan. Declan was seriously injured in an accident on the evening of October 15th while skateboarding with friends at Hofstra University in New York.
Declan’s injuries have resulted in severe head trauma and he is currently in critical condition at Nassau University Medical Center in East Meadow, NY.
This is a clearly difficult time for parents Mark and Lisa, and siblings Liam and Michaela and extended family. We will try to post updates here as frequently as we can.
We are asking for your support in donating whatever amount possible to help Declan and his family. If you would like to contribute, please donate here.
