Dear audience, friends, supporters of the Cinematica festival,
at the end of October 2023 the X edition of our beloved festival will be held.As you know, Cinematica is an international festival on the relationship between image and movement that since 2013 has distinguished itself for the mixture created between performing, filmic, visual arts with an eye to both technological experimentation and the theme of embodiment and corporeality.In these 10 years of journey we have created a new course on the possible connections between visual and performing arts, we have promoted the responsible use of new technologies, brought unrepeatable events, connected unthinkable roads.We have accompanied you during the pandemic with online and offline events, we have obtained awards and the important step forward of ministerial recognition for the work of the organizing Association.
Now, for the first time, we need you.
To make possible this important appointment of the tenth anniversary of the festival to which you are all already invited, we lack important funding.We are not arguing and blaming, but the change of administration that took place at municipal and regional level puts the festival at risk, delays in the allocation of contributions, lack of support on the basis of rankings that we do not understand, extreme uncertainty for this and the coming years after this path so strong and almost heroic of these years. We do not want the festival to be swept away by the changing winds, we have an important pedagogical project in progress, linked to the festival that we would never want to give up.We ask you to contribute to the realization of the festival, to take responsibility for a piece of this dream in which we believed everything to the end.Freeing the arts from fences, mastering technologies with awake bodies, involving the city in a collective project.We ask you to contribute as you can to the X edition of the festival, in return you will have a place of honor and the awareness of having done something so that beauty continues to fight to make space in the World.

Caro pubblico, amici, sostenitori del festival Cinematica,
a fine ottobre 2023 si terrà la X edizione del nostro amato festival.
Come sapete Cinematica è un festival internazionale sulla relazione immagine/movimento che dal 2013 si distingue per la commistione creata tra arti performative, filmiche, visive con un’occhio attento sia alle sperimentazione tecnologica che al tema dell’ embodiment e corporeità.
In questi 10 anni di percorso abbiamo creato un nuovo corso sulle possibili connessioni tra arti visive e performative, abbiamo promosso l’utilizzo responsabile delle nuove tecnologie, portato eventi irripetibili, connesso strade impensabili.
Vi abbiamo accompagnato durante la pandemia con eventi online e offline, abbiamo ottenuto premi e l’importante passo avanti del riconoscimento ministeriale per l’operato dell’Associazione organizzatrice.
Ora, per la prima volta, abbiamo bisogno di voi.
Per rendere possibile questo importante appuntamento del decennale del festival a cui siete già tutti invitati, ci mancano dei finanziamenti importanti.
Non stiamo a discutere e colpevolizzare, ma stiamo sperimentando un’ incertezza estrema per questo e i prossimi anni dopo questo percorso così forte e quasi eroico di questi anni. Non vogliamo che il festival sia spazzato via dai venti che cambiano, abbiamo un importante progetto pedagogico in corso, legato al festival a cui non vorremmo mai rinunciare.
Vi chiediamo di contribuire alla realizzazione del festival, di prenderci tutti la responsabilità di un pezzetto di questo sogno a cui abbiamo creduto tutto fino in fondo.
Liberare le arti dagli steccati, padroneggiare le tecnologie con corpi svegli, coinvolgere la città in un progetto collettivo.
Vi chiediamo di contribuire come potete alla X edizione del festival, in cambio avrete un posto d’onore e la consapevolezza di aver fatto qualcosa perché la bellezza continui a lottare per farsi spazio nel Mondo.
