Debbie's electric wheelchair fund!

Donation protected
My Mum's name is Debbie Pearson, she is 56 years old and has three kids.  She had a stroke a few months ago, and I created this fund hoping that it could pay for an electric wheelchair for my mum.
Debbie is coming home on the 6th of January, which my family and I are very happy with, however being in a manual wheelchair is not ideal for my mum. This is because she is paralysed in the right side of her body, and an electric wheelchair would help her hugely in being able to do the things she used to do. With an electric wheelchair it would be far easier to enjoy life outside of the home with Debbie- it would allow her to travel easier around Twickenham with her friends and me.
Debbie is an incredibly hardworking woman: she looked after my brothers and I (who are currently 15 and 24, and I'm 14), and she had a full time job as a university lecturer at Roehampton Uni.  As she has unfortunatley lost her speech and walking ability, mum can't do the same things in her daily life as she used to. Again, this electric wheelchair would help her in feeling that she is not stuck at home all day, and that she has got a bit of her life back.
Mum's birthday is on April 7th. I think it would be an amazing birthday gift if we could buy the wheelchair for her then.
Thank you so so much for reading this! I hope you consider donating, as I think the new wheelchair would help my incredibly strong, resiliant and selfless mum, greatly.
