MY MOM'S FIGHT AGAINST CANCER!

My mother, Debbee, started her journey with cancer just a few short weeks ago. She found a lump in her breast and it turned out to be cancerous. She opted for a double mastectomy and her surgery was done on April 15, 2014. This was one of the TOUGHEST things I have ever witnessed my mother to go through. She was, and continues to be, in a lot of pain. She is the strongest, bravest, smartest woman in the world and SHE CAN BEAT THIS!!!! Her surgeon told her that he is worried that the cancer has spread and wants her to get a PET scan and a brain MRI as soon as possible. He also wants to do MORE SURGERY on her! She is still in soooooo much pain from the first one!!! He said that because 9 out of 16 lymph nodes were cancerous, he wants to go in and remove more of her muscle and tissue!!! He wants to install a port for the chemo and do radiation as soon as possible. I will be taking her to get these tests done in the next week and then we meet with an Oncologist from UCLA on Monday, May 12th to develop her plan of attack! She needs all the support she can get right now! In addition to the emotional toll this is taking on my father, this is also costing them a pretty penny. PLEASE DONATE IF YOU CAN!  THANK YOU!!!
