Dean Dull Scholarship Endowment

We would like to start an endowment for a scholarship to support young people who want to pursue a degree in education.  Since Dad spent his life in education and supporting the dreams of young people working to earn their degrees, we felt a scholarship in his name was a fitting memorial.  As we work through the details of where the endowment will be housed, we will post updates.  Dad touched the lives of many and we're hoping through this GoFundMe to rally the lives of those he impacted to help keep his impact going.
