De Van Dang Funeral Fundraiser

It’s been a tough year in many aspects, a year filled with unwelcome change. This week brought a change into my life that has been hard to accept. 

Four weeks ago, my dad De Van Dang fell ill and was admitted to the hospital. After fighting for his life for weeks in the ICU, he passed away last Friday, December 4th, 2020. 

He was a great friend, a caring brother, a loving husband, and the best father my sisters and I could ask for. For his entire life he did everything in his power to care for his family. He woke up at 5 AM everyday with all his aches and pains to support his family. There isn’t a moment I can think of where he didn’t put us before himself. Through and through, he always gave us invaluable and unconditional love.

Today I am here to ask our friends and family to help us raise money for his funeral. If you are able and willing, all donations are appreciated, and any amount helps. 

And dad, thank you for everything. There will not be a moment where you aren’t in our hearts. Time may move on, but never in the same way. We love you.
