Black Lab in Need

About 4 years ago I found a German Shepard that had been hit by a car. I couldn't bare to see him be put to sleep so we saved him and paid (with help from our friends and family) for his $3,500 femur repair. We named him Krieger, which is German for Warrior. 
On Sunday, our dog Paisley was jumping up in our backyard and tore her cranial cruciate ligament (CCL) in both knees. The injury will require a surgery and rehab estimated to cost $3,300. The rescue's that we have looked into can't take her and can't help with the cost.
We fell in love and took care of a rescue dog, and now our own dog is hurt and we can't afford to save her. Paisley is a sweet and playful, 5 year old, black lab. She loves to run, swim, sleep on our bed, and play with her human siblings. If we aren't able to raise enough money, we will have to put her to sleep. I know if you could look into her sweet brown eyes, you couldn't tell her "no." She is a part of our family. Please help us save our baby, Paisley!
