Final Expenses for Michael
Donation protected
My brother, Michael McCollum, died this week from complications of pulmonary distress and sclerosing peritonitis due to a rare chronic kidney disease called FSGS. This disease started affecting his life at age 18 and has wrecked havoc on our family ever since then. Michael was fortunate enough to have had a kidney transplant, but the FSGS eventually and repeatedly destroyed the donor kidney as well. This led to many, many years of kidney dialysis and complications associated with prolonged use of kidney dialysis. My brother had no life insurance because he was uninsurable and he's leaving behind a young son and wife. This past year has been incredibly difficult and worrisome and as his FINAL EXPENSES are now at hand, we're asking for your help with donations. My brother was only 36 and should have been with us much longer than this, but is now no longer able to provide for his family or their future. Anything you could help with would be greatly appreciated! Thank you & God bless! His loving sister, Heather Caldwell
