Dawg Mentality New Facility and Equipments

My name is Darius Henton, I am 25 years old, from Stockton-CA. I played football at Brookside Christian High School, San Mateo College, and Central Methodist University. Graduate with my bachelor degree in Sport Management in May 2020. I am married have a three months old babygirl. Training and helping people has been always my passion, so when I came back home from school I started to look for a gym to rent and work athletes out. It started with a small group of high school football players, but it grew faster than what I imagined. Always paid my rent earlier than what it was set in the contract, and always kept my communication up with the owner about anything related to the facility. Today, during one of my classes, I got a unexpected call from the owner telling me to leave the keys and leave the gym, without clear explanations. I have about 80 clients, including kids with a brilliant future ahead of them, women who got their confidence back, athletes working to achieve their dreams,and many other people who enjoy the program.
Right now I do not have a facility where I can keep training all my clients, but I can not just stop something that was helping so many people. So I decided to work my classes out at the park, but for that to be possible, we need more equipments. Also, I am trying to build my own facility to keep helping the community. A business proposal is being made, and will be available on Monday. Any help would be truly appreciated.
