Help David Pay His Out of Pocket Medical Debt

I am a 57 year old disabled man in Vermont who is having trouble paying outstanding medical debts incurred from two hospitalizations as well as needing durable medical equipment. I was told by my supplier that until the outstanding balance is paid off I cannot get any more supplies for my treatment. Things are very tight because I am living on Social Security Disability benefits, which isn't much. Any help I could get would be very much appreciated. Thanks so much.
