David's medical and recovery bills

David had emergency double bypass surgery, he does not have insurance coverage to cover all medical expenses and recovery costs, David is a disabled army veteran, and was medically retired from the Houston Police Dept. and is  on a fixed income.He served his country and his city, if you could find it in your heart to help him out in his time of need we would truly appreciate it.
