David's Bicep Curls for Soap Aid Ltd
As many of you know, I am not a super charitable person.
What started as a simple office joke I would like to now turn into a fundraising exercise in return for my humiliation.
Soap Aid is a Corporate Partner of International Hotel Supply Company and now more than ever the use and distribution of Soap into underprivileged communities will help fight against COVID-19 and other Hygiene related illnesses.
The Challenge - 3 mins of continuous bicep curls, followed by 1 min of overhead tricep lifts with an accompanying video.
A fellow colleague did this a few weeks back and couldn't move his arms for close to five days.
