In memory of Dave who passed away recently aged 85.

The charity Brass Bands England believes that everyone, regardless of circumstance and background, should have the opportunity to learn to play a brass instrument, enjoy brass music and take part in banding activities in the community where they live.

Dave wholeheartedly shared in this belief - indeed it's something he devoted a large part of his life towards. Music and Brass Bands were a huge part of his life and he served as Chair of the charity, then the British Federation of Brass Bands, for over 10 years.
