David Klitsch's Cancer Battle

This has been a challenging year for the Klitsch family. Dad Davidhas not been working since December 2015 due to ongoing medical issues.In February, after having a routine knee replacement, David started to develop stomach pain and difficulty eating. After several months of seeing the doctor and being treated for reflux David was diagnosed with stage 3 stomach cancer. He currently just finished up six weeks of chemotherapy treatments and daily radiation treatments in preparation for surgery that will take place in January 2017 at the university of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia. David is seeking the best medical treatment possible to overcome this disease. After surgery, David will likely continue to have aggressive chemotherapy treatments to treat and hopefully cure this very rare diagnosis. All funds raised will be used explicitly to help pay medical, travel, household, and lodging expenses for the family as David continues along his treatment journey. The Klitsch family thanks you for both your financial support and for your prayers- they have carried them along this far. Although there is still a very long road ahead, we hope that David will continue to get better and overcome this diagnosis fully.
