David Chase Cremation and Services

David Chase passed away on October 23rd due to pancreatic cancer. In just 2 short weeks from learning of being sick he passed on. A native cape cod fisherman with no assets to his name. Widowed father of 3 we’re trying to give him the send off he wished for. The monies collected will go towards cremation and memorial services.
