On Tuesday April 16th my father passed away unexpectedly. His health was finally at a point that the doctors cleared him to be discharged and sent home on April 17th, unfortunately he did not make.
My father has had a long up and down hill battle with his health for several years, starting out with toe amputations to his leg being amputated, he was in and out of kidney failure, as well as almost uncontrollable blood sugar levels. Hes had multiple 911 calls and ambulance rides to the hospital over the years he has several bills from this last hospitalization which occurred the day after Christmas.
My father wanted to be cremated abs have a celebration of life, but even with it being a simple cremation we can not afford it. Please anything you can donate will be an extreme help to my family and I.
