Dave Bova was a dedicated artisan, collaborator, and friend.
He meant so much to so many people both in his industry and beyond, and he will be greatly missed.
To help ease the financial burden of organizing his work, professional life, and design studio, we are trying to raise money to help cover his studio rent and expenses, as well as the cost to keep his assistant Cassie Williams employed, for the next month and a half it will take to organize and pack up his work space.
The hope is that we will also be able to cover the cost of someone to help assist Cassie in organizing his stock and supplies, as well as a storage unit to store his things while his family takes the time to decide what they would like to do with his estate.
He was highly dedicated to his craft, and we thought that this would help ease the pressure of taking care of his space respectfully, in a sad and emotional time.
