Dave and Brenda Grimm's medical expenses

Hi, my name is Angela Comeaux, and we are raising money for our dear

friends Dave and Brenda Grimm. On June 7, 2022 Dave was diagnosed with Stage 3 non small cell carcinoma. Dave will begin receiving chemo treatments June 15, 2022. He will not be able to work for the foreseeable future. Brenda was born with Spina Bifida and is currently being treated for kidney disease on her one remaining kidney and all that that entails as well as being unable to work. Brenda is Dave's sole caregiver.

Dave is a retired United States Marine Vietnam Veteran. He is a Purple Heart recipient from injuries received in combat. Dave has been in the trucking industry for the last 58 years driving 18 wheelers cross country for over 10 years. 

 

They have been actively involved in many charitable organizations throughout the years from their faith based organizations and the local ACTS Theater throughout the years. They are always the first to help in any situation being people or animals..

 

We are asking for our community to give back to the Grimm's in this extremely trying time.
