DATA:Scotland Speaker Scholarship

Now in our third year, DATA:Scotland is a proud supporter of the data community. We want to encourage speakers from across the world to share knowledge and learn from others. But we do recognise that the costs of conferences and speaking can be enough of a barrier to stop people from participating.

For our 2020 event we want to try and help those people who find it financially difficult to participate come along and share their knowledge and enjoy the day. So we're asking all of the #sqlfamily to dig deep and help us help others.

With your generous donations we will provide accommodation and travel up to £1000.00. We will not announce the speaker that has been awarded the scholarship publicy, without their permission.

And to thank all of you for donating, we will add your names, publicly on our website (you can opt-out).
