Charlie, Axle & Meatball Fund

My name is Debra Marshall and I live in Houston, TX.  My goal is to help raise funds to assist my sister in rebuilding their home after being devasted by Hurricane Harvey.  The little cuties in the pictures are Axle, Charlie and Meatball.  They slept all night on a tote and chair as their home already had water everywhere. They had to be rescued in the kiddy pool you see in one of the pictures.  The money raised will go toward paying for immediate needs such as food, hotel accomodations, rental cars, clothing, toiletries, pet food, kennels and supplies for their fur babies. Latest update, we lost our cars, motorcycle and everything in our home. We waded 8 blocks in chest deep high water at times with 3 dogs, and our clothes in a couple of trash bags to Memorial Hermann hospital. My sister Debra Marshall, her husband Glenn, my niece, Shannon Marshall and her boyfriend rescued us from the hospital. We can't thank them enough for coming to get us and for opening up their home to us. Thank you to my cousin's, Lisa and Ronny Carker for welcoming us into their home as well and for a hot shower. Feels great to wash the filthy sewer water off of us. We also want to thank everyone who offered to take us in. My brother in law, Scott Love and nephew Morgan Wright for their efforts to try and rescue us in the dark early this morning. Stephanie Venable, Bill Venable, James Mcclaughlin, My sister, Laura Mcconnell and brother in law, Tim for their efforts to make it to us as well. The waters were just too deep for most to get to us. This is a very scary, stressful and emotional time for us, but I wanted to take a moment to thank you all. We love y'all very much!
