Many of you know my brother Danny,
but for those who don’t;
Danny Borowicz is a devoted husband to Donna
and father of a 3 yr old boy named Gunnar.
He is excited to soon to be father of a baby girl due in December! He and his wife Donna have been married over 12 years, and as both would tell you, they are cherished ones.
Danny was born and raised in the suburbs of Chicago.
He graduated Summa Cum Laude from Arizona State University with 2 degrees and 3 minors. From there he migrated out to Southern California where he met the love of his life who became his wife. They eventually settled in Austin TX.
A former martial arts instructor with 20+ years experience, Danny trained members of the US military, including members of the special forces, as well as members of law enforcement. He enjoyed training regular folks as well, especially children.
Danny is currently a Master Trainer with Golds Gym and getting folks in shape in all aspects has been his life’s mission. He has worked with olympians and elite athletes, but still loves imparting fitness to all. He has specializations in working with unique groups, and is honored to have worked with stroke victims, pregnant women, quadriplegics, as well as cancer survivors. He has hired and trained many of the elite trainers of Golds gym, and is proud to have done so, for in teaching others, he feels he can reach and help more people.
In all these years of being in the martial arts and being a Master Trainer, Danny has literally helped thousands of people live healthier and happier lives.
He is currently pursuing a masters Degree in Psychology to further help in his endeavors.
Shortly after celebrating the news of their newborn to be, Danny was diagnosed with invasive squamous cell carcinoma cancer located at the base of his tounge. Though temporally sent aback, Danny’s response was typical for him,

“I am the storm.”
Everything now has been put on hold while he and his family fight for his life. Seeking out the best treatment has led to MDAnderson in Houston TX.
Between having to temporally relocate there, the medical bills, added expenses as well as both Danny and Donna being unable to work for several months, the Financial strain has become overwhelming. Including the above expenses, missed work, and medical costs, we are setting a goal of $55,000. Our family and friends and community are committed to helping, and we pray that you will too.
Your help for this family and this man who has given so much of himself for others at this, his time of need, is greatly appreciated.
