Daniel Chak passed away and is survived by two sons. A loving father, brother, friend, and son, his love and passionate personality will never be forgotten by everyone he knew and touched. His spirit will always shine as he left us too soon. Please keep his family and friends in your thoughts and prayers as we look forward to celebrating his life and family. Daily until the funeral between 4PM & 5PM
