It is our pleasure to inform you all that Daniel Kuc has made it to the 2018 Reebok CrossFit Games, taking place in Madison, Wisconsin, from July 30th – August 5th!

Daniel’s CrossFit journey started in late 2016. Daniel was given the opportunity to do a 2 week CrossFit trial at the Desoto CrossFit Gym in Southaven, MS. It was there that Daniel found his passion and forged a MISSION – to be the Fittest Teen On Earth™.
Daniel’s, first year at competing in CrossFit was in the 2017 CrossFit Open, where, in the Teen Boys (14-15 year old) division, he finished 1st in Mississippi, 16th in the South Central Region, 139th in the United States, and 273rd in the World.
This year, out of 9,022 14 -15 year old teen boys participating in the 2018 CrossFit Open, Daniel finished 1st in Mississippi, 3rd the in the South Central Region, 9th in the United States, and 10th in the World! Daniel finally was awarded a spot in the 2018 Reebok CrossFit Games after solidifying an 11th place worldwide finish in the 2018 CrossFit Online Qualifiers!
Not only has Daniel worked hard in the gym to get where he is today, but he has worked hard as a student in his first year in Lewisburg High School. He has kept A’s in all classes, some of which being Advanced English, Biology and Mathematics!
Daniel will be traveling to Madison, Wisconsin, to start participating in events on July 30th and will conclude on August 5th. Daniel will be traveling with his family (Dad, Mom, and Brother Dominik). Daniel is proud to be representing his school, Lewisburg High School, and his community.
We are reaching out to our family, friends, and members of our community for support in the following way:
1. Say a prayer for Daniel so that he stays in good health and well-being in preparation for the Games.
2. Come down to Madison, WI, to support and cheer on Daniel! Be a part of Team Kuc!
3. Help Daniel offset the financial needs of going to Madison. Financial contributions will help support Daniel and family in travel, lodging, meals, and Daniel’s training needs and supplies.
