Al's Guatemala Mission Trip

Nueva Candelaria, Cuilapa, Guatemala. This small village in southern Guatemala exemplifies in many ways, the underdog stories we all know and love. This is no story though, it's reality for the hundreds of children and adults who work hard every day, pressing on to meet the basic necessities of life.
At the end of June 2015 I will be joining a team from Central Massachusetts traveling to Guatemala to help this village improve their water quality and access. Something so many of us take for granted as part of our daily lives. We will install home filtration systems for as many as we can, and if time allows, make updates to village's school.
The church I attend, Next Level Church-Worcester , has partnered with Hunger Relief International for several years now and this will be my 2nd trip to the village. I'm loking forward to reconnecting with several of the families that I met on my previous trip and working hard to help them meet some very basic needs.
