Please Help Dance Walk Again

Meet Dance, our wonderful doodle - full name Dance Golden Fashion.  Three years ago Santa left Dance under the tree for our daughter.  We could not have asked for a better addition to our family.  Dance is a loving, intelligent ball of energy.  He loves to play as much as he loves to snuggle and give kisses.  When he looks at you with those big shining eyes, it is impossible not to fall in love with Dance.

A little over a week ago Dance was severely mauled by another dog.  He suffered bites on three of his legs, but his most serious injury was to his right leg. Not to be too graphic - the bones in his right leg were shattered and his paw was practically severed from his leg. The doctors valiantly tried to set the bones and reattach the paw, but after three days of observation they determined that his entire leg needed to be amputated.  

The veterinary group that we had insurance with told us that they were not equipped to provide the emergency medical attention that Dance needed, so we took him to a vet who could, which has meant that all of the expenses have been out of pocket.  We never hesitated to provided Dance whatever treatment he required, but after two major operations and close to a week in the hospital,  plus whatever follow-up treatment he may need, our finances have been severely stretched.  We humbly open our hearts and ask that you donate to help cover Dance's care expenses.  Any amount will be greatly appreciated.  Please feel free to share this with any and all of your social networks and anyone who you feel may be able to help.
