Dan's Kidney Fund

In late 2012 I found out I would need to be the recipient of a kidney transplant. Three years later in August of 2015 I started hemodialysis. During that time I have been able to perform day to day functions including performing my full time job. Unfortunately, recent circumstances have forced me to temporarily give up my job and those day to day functions (walking the dog, household cleaning, running errands) have become more and more taxing, particularly on dialysis days.
However, there is some GOOD NEWS. At a recent kidney evaluation I found out my window for transplant will be between October 2019-March 2020
While I do have insurance and some money saved, due to my being taken off of work it will not get me to the "finish line" of transplantation. 
Your generous donation will help cover the cost of day to day living (food, rent, transportation to dialysis) insurance premiums, the actual transplant surgery itself, and the post transplant medications required for a successful transplant.
