**Update - 9/28/2022 - We have officially closed the fundraiser for Damian. Our entire family has been overwhelmed by the show of support from everyone during this unbelievably difficult time. We are touched by all the support. Our hearts have been filled by the generosity shown by friends and family. I want to say thank you to everyone. It has meant more than you will ever know.**

Damian Conner was involved in a fatal vehicle crash at 53rd St. N. and I-135 on September 10th, 2022. Damian was on his way to Wichita to celebrate his birthday with his family when the accident happened. He leaves behind his partner Karley and his two beautiful children, Kianna (2 years) and Kavion (2 months). They were the love of his life, and he lived each day to be the best father and partner he could be.

Damian was a builder. He found joy and satisfaction in working with his hands. His building career started after finishing high school as a drywall finisher and, more recently, moved to tile flooring. He enjoyed taking an unfinished space and customizing it to bring his customer's vision to life. He was also a gifted guitar player and could spend hours strumming and plucking at his guitar. Most recently, he found a love for boxing that had a very positive impact on his life.

Damian and Karley had a passion for each other and their young family. Like most young couples, they were just beginning their journey. Damian now leaves behind a young family without any measurable income for their day-to-day needs.

Funds raised will be used for funeral expenses and to start a trust for the children in Damian’s name. They will be met with many obstacles over the next weeks, months, and years and your donation would be forever helpful in building a foundation for them.
