On May 3rd, 2019, Damaris Herrera was involved in a head on collision causing her car to catch on fire and eventually exploding. She was driving home from work on I-20 westbound when she collided with another car. We still don't know how the accident happened and we won't know till Damaris wakes up. Police are still investigating and waiting for her version of the story.
Damaris has a broken leg, ankle, sternum and ribs. Her broken rib caused liver damage. Doctors found a blood clot in her brain, causing her brain to swell. She had brain surgery done to relief the pressure in her brain. Till now she is still unconcious.
Damaris is a a single-mom of 4 children. She has no help from the father the children. And we are helping her and her kids with all that we can, emotionally and financially. Unfortunately, we can't cover all the cost since it's out of our budget. We are coming to all our friends, family and anyone willing to help financially with this cause. We will be forever thankful with the little bit that you help her with!

Ella conducía a casa desde el trabajo en la I-20 en dirección oeste cuando chocó con otro auto. Todavía no sabemos cómo ocurrió el accidente y no lo sabremos hasta que Damaris se despierte. La policía todavía está investigando y esperando su versión de la historia.
Damaris tiene facturas en la pierna, tobillo, esternón y costillas. Su costilla facturada causó daños en el hígado. Los doctores encontraron un coágulo de sangre en su cerebro, causando que su cerebro se inflamara. Le hicieron una cirugía cerebral para aliviar la presión en su cerebro. Hasta ahora ella sigue inconsciente.
Damaris es una madre soltera de 4 hijos. Ella no tiene ayuda del padre de sus hijos. Y la estamos ayudando a ella y a sus hijos con todo lo que podamos, emocional y financieramente. Desafortunadamente, no podemos cubrir todos los costos ya que está fuera de nuestro alcanze. Estamos pidiendo a todos nuestros amigos, familiares y cualquier persona dispuesta a ayudar económicamente con esta causa. ¡Estaremos siempre agradecidos con lo poco que pueda colaborar!
