Abby's Hope Medical Bills

Donation protected
Abby Morguelan was in a serious car accident on the morning of June 3 2014 suffering life threatening injuries. She was scheduled to graduate Jessamine High School on June 6 2014, she was unable to attend her graduation along with her 18th birthday she spent in a hospital on life support.  Presently, Abby is home and has not had any more seizures. Her recovery is very slow. She can communicate some with a "thumb up" and has made sounds but she doesn't yet hold her head up and cannot stand.  She is in bed unless she is moved for therapies or moved into her wheelchair for an outside visit.  She is "minimally conscious" and has not emerged to allow more aggressive rehab. Hopefully she will "emerge" soon and can return for therapy.  She laughs and smiles and has become more alert lately. She has had a hindering bed wound since early June that has improved greatly.  She receives therapies at home

and we hope she will improve steadily and return to us. We are coming together to help Abby's family and her transition for long term care at home due to a brain injury that resulted from the accident.  Both parents are in need of emotional, financial help in order to transition two separate homes to hospital rooms along with showers, ramps, a van for transporting Abby as well.  Please continue to pray for improvements for Abby daily and for strength for her family.  Thank you
