Support needed!

My family needs your help!  Last week I experienced a transient ischemic attack(small stroke) and woke up in the hospital.  They ran a lot of tests while I was unconscious and discovered a small tumor below my left clavicle that needs to be removed asap because it's putting stress on my heart.  I work as an auto mechanic but I've been advised by physicians to stop all strenuous physical activity immediately or my life is at risk.  I'm selling my business and have begun liquidating assets to pay for my surgery but I really need help to survive a month or two until that money arrives!  This could not have happened at a worse time because I'm currently care for my 65 year-old mother with early onset Alzheimer's and things are very tight financially.  Please help me if you can!  No donation is too small and I appreciate you all so much!
